We want you to love your organic essentials, but if something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and socks must be unopened with the safety seal intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
